Pumpkin pie

1 frozen banana
1/2 cup (120g) vanilla Greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup (120ml) skim milk
2 Tablespoons (30ml) pure maple syrup
2/3 cup (150g) pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)
1 cup ice

Blend together and enjoy!

Smores Smoothie

1½ cups chocolate almond milk
2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
6 large marshmallows
4 chocolate squares
2 sheets honey graham crackers

On a cooking tray lay your marshmallows down. On low cook them for about 2-3 minutes. Be sure to watch them because they burn quickly and leave a sticky mess. Place marshmallows in your glass on top of your smoothie and enjoy!

A Dash of Pumpkin Pie spice
1 Medium Apple
1 Regular Banana
1 cup of ice

This healthy Pumpkin-Apple Breakfast Smoothie is made with a pinch of pumpkin pie spice and will keep you full for hours! Place oats in blender and blend for about 30 seconds until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately!

Apple Cider

1 Apple
2 tbsp Maple syrup, pure
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
3/4 cup Apple cider
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt, fat free
1 1/2 cups Ice

Blend together until smooth.

Snicker Doodle Cookie

1 cup unsweetened soymilk or milk of your choice
1 large frozen banana, chopped
1 medjool date, chopped
1 T. almond butter
1/4 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. vanilla

Blend until smooth. YUMMY!
