Those hot sticky months (that we all know are coming) just got cooler with these simple fun ideas you can do with your fridge.
Grab these items and add them to your fridge or freezer and enjoy the benefits.
A Sleeping Mask
Next time you need something to help you relax those tired eyes, pull out that sleeping mask from the fridge or freezer and place them over your eyes as you lounge on the couch. All that puffiness, fatigue, allergy itchiness, will melt away. AWHHHH!!!!
Add a lotion bottle
When you add your favorite bottles to the fridge, nothing will soothe your hot skin like cooled lotion. It’s great to apply at night right before you go to bed. All those aching muscles will appreciate the kindness…
When you freeze grapes, the high water content turns them into ice cubes. Pop them into your mouth and let them slowly melt away or add them to your favorite cocktails or chilled lemonade. Watermelon, cantaloupe, cucumbers and other high water fruits and vegetables can also be turned into tasty, summertime, ice cubed, treats. ENJOY~
Preserve those expensive coffee beans
Nothing makes that first cup of Joe in the morning taste better than fresh coffee beans. By placing them in either the fridge or freezer, it preserves their integrity and makes them taste like they were picked fresh that day just for you.
Reese Peanutbutter Cups
Make movie night more exciting with some fun, chilled or frozen, treats. Most of our favorite chocolate bars are also tasty when chilled, like Snickers, Milky Ways, or Carmelo’s. Yum~
After a tough workout, even a cold shower doesn’t seem to cool us down, but with a nice chilled robe, it definitely helps prevent that dreaded sweat‘stache. Plus, after a nice hot bath, jacuzzi dip, or shower, it feels nice to shimmy into something cool, clean, and fresh.
I know, I know, that sounds weird, but let me explain. With the summer heat, we whip out those bikinis and with all those bikinis, comes bikini waxing. OUCH!!!. Putting on a nice, clean, chilled, pair of underwear after a Brazilian wax, feels like heaven. It never hurts to spritz them lightly with a spray bottle filled with water before placing several pairs in a ziplock bag into the freezer. All that red, irritated, super sensitive skin, gets a cool blast of instant relief. Thank you!!!
